The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26(1), 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of M/s. Dhriti Dhairya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saraikella. 3. In the night of 20.07.2025, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons entered into the house of one Sumit Singh Deo to commit robbery. On his hallah, neighbours gathered and the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended. It is alleged that a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
