JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 14/10/2025 1. In the instant criminal miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has challenged the proceedings of the Criminal Case No.736/2010 titled as State Vs. Girriraj pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhunjhunu arising out of FIR No.300/2010. 2. Bare perusal of the record would reveal that the charges against the petitioner/accused were framed by the learned Court below vide order dated 30.05.2012. On 13.02.2025, when the matter reached for hearing before Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner.
