The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following prayer :- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside and quash the charge sheet in Crime No. 446/2021 registered by the P.S. Gurur, Balod and all subsequent criminal proceedings initiated in pursuance of the charge sheet pending in Criminal Case No. 1374/2022 before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balod, District Balod (C.G.) and proceedings carried on pursuant thereto, to secure the ends of justice. This Hon'ble Court may further pass any order which it may deem fit, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial has already been started and as many as eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 4. In that view of the matter, we do not find any good ground for entertaining this petition at this stage that too when there is no interim order has been passed by this Court. 5.
