No. 78 of 2022-23 (Santosh Sharma Vs. Surendra Sharma & Ors.) filed by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner prayed for setting aside the order with regard to appointment of “Village Headman” (Gram Pradhan) in Bandra Mouza, a Pradhani Mouza in the district of Dumka, passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Dumka vide order dated 17.12.2021 in Rev. Misc. (PA) Case No. 2/2021-22, whereby the order dated 17.12.2020 in PA Case No. 16/18-19 passed by S.D.O., Dumka (Respondent No.4) was upheld. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of by Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:JHHC:34167 ) 2 giving direction to the Respondent No.2 to dispose of R.M.R. No. 78 of 2022-23 (Santosh Sharma Vs. Surendra Sharma & Ors.). 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State has raised no objection. 4. Under the circumstances, the Divisional Commissioner, Santhal Pargana Division, Dumka, i.e. Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the said R.M.R. No. 78 of 2022-23 (Santosh Sharma Vs. Surendra Sharma & Ors.) in accordance with law, by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the sides, expeditiously, preferably within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5.
