But, however, since no orders have been passed on the complaint nd respondent on 24.08.2024, requesting submitted by the petitioner to the 2 for removal of debris dumped in the petitioners’ property, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2"^ respondent to act upon the complaint made by the petitioner on 24.08.2024 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
