This writ petition was filed in 2019, seeking a direction to the Authorities to consider petitioner’s claim for regularisation on the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical). 4. According to petitioner, he was serving as Assistant Engineer on contract basis w.e.f. 20.09.2014, therefore, he was entitled for regularisation of his services. However, no Rules have been brought on record to indicate that there was any vested right to claim regularisation under any Statutory provision. 5. Even otherwise also, petitioner is no more in service in AIIMS, Rishikesh, and reportedly, he is out of employment for the last more than four years.
