02/20.11.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.13/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the IPC and Section 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2008, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co- accused. She further submits that the petitioner was not present on the spot. She then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 19 of this application. She next submits that one SIM card of another person has been recovered and that person has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.4351 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused.
5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the

confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused and he has got no criminal antecedent and one co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.13/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
