On 17.02.2025, this Court ordered fresh notice to the petitioner to engage a counsel as the existing counsel has been elevated as Judge. Though the notice was served on the petitioner, the petitioner did not choose to engage a new counsel or sought for legal aid counsel. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.
