Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3. Learned counsel for the other side has raised on objection. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
