The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 28.2.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, in Criminal Revision No. 194 of 2022, whereby revisional court set aside the order dated 30.9.2022 passed by learned Magistrate. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have been summoned by the learned Magistrate in fresh cognizance order and the present application has become infructous.
