Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Godda. 3. The petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the victim. It is further alleged that they had taken her to Gujrat where she was employed in a factory. 4. It was submitted that the statement of the victim was recorded in separate trial before the Juvenile Justice Board, in which, she has stated that she had gone to the house of her sister. She was declared hostile. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Godda, in connection with Mahagama P.S.
