Raghunandan Rao) A Learned Single Judge of erstwhile High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh had passed Orders, dated 14.12.2017, in W.P.No.21092 of 2000 directing that the services of the petitioners therein should be regularized. 2. The petitioners, in the Writ Petition, subsequently moved Contempt Case No.965 of 2018, complaining that the Orders of the Court have not been complied with. 2 3. The Learned Single Judge by an Order, dated 27.07.2018, had directed the presence of the appellants herein, if the services of the petitioners, in the Writ Petition, are not regularized by 23.08.2018. 4. Aggrieved by the said Order, the appellants had moved the present Contempt Appeal and Interim directions of suspension of the said Order was passed, on 23.08.2018. The said order was extended till further order, on 31.10.2018. 5. Subsequently, the Learned Single Judge of this Court, by an Order, dated 25.08.2021 had closed the Contempt Case on the ground that the services of the six petitioners were regularized as per their eligibility and four petitioners could not be regularized as they are not eligible. 6. In the view of the fact that the main Contempt Case itself has been closed and nothing further remains in this Contempt Appeal and accordingly, this Contempt Appeal is closed.
