Heard Mr. Hally Roy, learned counsel appearing for the applicants; Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 7 and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 8 & 9.
The present application had been filed by the applicants with the prayer for allowing them to join as petitioners in WP(C) No. 194 of 2024 so as to enable them to redress their grievances along with the original writ petitioners.
Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel appearing for the original writ petitioners as well as Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the State respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present impleadment application.
On perusal of the record and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court is of the considered view that sufficient ground has been made out by the applicants for their impleadment as petitioners in WP(C) No. 194 of
2022. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The applicants are
directed to incorporate the name of the present applicants as petitioners in the cause title of the connected writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is
disposed of.
