The prayer made in this application is for this Court to allow amendment of the main writ petition in view of the subsequent developments in the case of the parties as regard the confirmation letter dated 29.04.2025, whereby the service of the private respondent No. 9 as Assistant Professor (Lecturer) was confirmed by the relevant authorities. It is in this backdrop that the applicant has sought for incorporation of such fact and for the writ petition to be amended suitably. 4. The learned counsels for the respective respondents have no objection to the prayer made. 5. On consideration of the submission made, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the applicant.
