2 Motor Accident Claims Tribunal – Balodabazar (C.G.) in Claim Case No. 85/2017. 2) Mr. Patankar submits that this appeal is not maintainable because the claimants had filed MAC No. 487 of 2018 against the same award before this Court and vide order dated 01.02.2024, this Court enhanced the compensation to Rs. 5,00,000/-. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the submission made hereinabove and perusal of the order passed in MAC No. 487 of 2018, it is clear that against the award passed in Claim Case No. 85/2017, appellants preferred MAC No. 487 of 2018 and vide order dated 01.02.2024, compensation has been enhanced to Rs. 5,00,000/-, therefore, this appeal against the same award is not maintainable. 5) Consequently, this appeal stands dismissed.
