GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) 2 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in fixing the time scale 1.3.2002 instead of 27.8.1991 or 20.2.1996 as the petitioner has been working since then without any break in Grade-II Telugu Pandit at the 4th Respondent School as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Consequently to direct the respondents to fix all the benefits such as fixation of pay, pay and allowances and pre and post retirements benefits of the petitioner with effect from 27.8.1991 or 20.2.1996 instead of 1.3.2002 in the interest of justice….” 2. On 01.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption „for dismissal’. 3.
