1. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“to declare the impugned proceeding issued by 5th respondent vide letter No. T1/DEE/(T)/Regn/Spl Class/VIPPL/2015 dated 27.09.2017 by and under which the petitioner company with Registration No. COD/AP/SP/79/2015 is suspended from participating in tenders for a period of three years following the recommendation of 3rd respondent (Municipal Commissioner) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Arc. 19 (1) (g) of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same”
2. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
