On 03.1.2025, when no one was present to press this appeal, bailable warrants were issued against the sole appellant Ajay Singh @ Ajjo. 4. As per office report dated 06.2.2025 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura dated 22.1.2025, appellant Ajay Singh @ Ajjo has reported to be died on 13.3.2023. Statements of Sri Amit Kumar Rai, Sub Inspector, P.S. Jaint, District Mathura, Sri Sanjay Singh son of Sri Ram Baby, Gram Pradhan, Village Jaint, District Mathura and two witnesses Prahlad Singh son of Sri Hari Singh and Gopal Singh son of late Sri Ajay Singh have been recorded to that effect. 5.
