NO. ELNCR.70/2024-25 DATED 05/12/2024 VIDE ANNEXURE-A AND B PASSED BY THE R2, ETC. THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE N S SANJAY GOWDA ORAL ORDER 1. The matter was called out at 10.30 a.m. and called out again in the afternoon. There was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matter was passed over. The matter is once again called out and even now there is no representation. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2477 WP No. 35274 of 2024 2. The petition is filed challenging the proceedings initiated on a no confidence motion which is moved against the petitioners. 3. This Court had granted an interim order on 24.12.2024 directing the respondents not to precipitate the matter with regard to conducting a meeting on 27.12.2024 till the next date of hearing. 4. This Court had also directed the petitioners to implead the members who have initiated the no confidence motion against the petitioners, however this portion of the order has not been complied with. 5. It is apparent that the petitioners have secured an interim order and are deliberately not prosecuting the matter. 6. Consequently, I find no reason to keep the petition pending and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:2477 WP No. 35274 of 2024 7. The authorities shall conduct a meeting on the basis of the no confidence motion that had been moved by the proposed respondents and conclude the matter within a period of two weeks from today.
