The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed on record the written instructions of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Amalapuram. 4. Perused the record. Since the instructions do not indicate that fresh notices were given calling for the explanation of the petitioners,the notification issued to fill up the dealership is in violation of the law. Therefore, the impugned notification in respect of the shops of the petitioners is liable to be set aside. The authorities shall follow the directions of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22027 of 2024. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
