Review Petition No.426270 of 2017) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State and perused the record. Initially, the petitioner has filed writ petition challenging the orders passed by the Committee of Management, respondent no.4 in the writ petition. That writ petition has been dismissed vide order dated 30.06.2009. As against, the petitioner filed special appeal and also approached the Apex Court by filing Special Leave Appeal (civil) No.33546 of 2009. The same was also dismissed vide order dated 21.04.2011. After dismissal of the special leave appeal, the petitioner has filed a review petition and the said review petition was considered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by following the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and another vs. N. Raju Reddiar and another (1997) 9 SCC 736, and the said review petition was dismissed as not maintainable. Again the petitioner has filed the present review petition. Perusal of the order passed by this Court in order dated 27.07.2017 and the grounds raised in the present review petition, nothing substantial ground shown to this Court to consider this second review petition.
