Case No. 94 of 2025 arising out of Masalia P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 for the offences registered under Section 309 (2), 311, 103(1), 317(1), 55 and 56 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka. 3. On 28.12.2024 at about 6:00 P.M., husband of the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons between Tasariya and Ajmeri More. It is alleged that the accused persons looted his jewelries and money. It is further alleged that the accused persons shot the husband of the informant due to which, he died. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It was also submitted that looted jewelries were recovered from the co-accused Sakir Ansari @ Faidari, who has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 6572 of 2025. It was also submitted that another co-accused Rajesh Verma has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. 7209 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka in connection with S.T.
