04 /25.02.2025: On request, the learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to implead Director, Higher and Technical Department during the course of day with red ink.
2. The petitioners are the 4th grade employees of Markham College, Hazaribag. They are praying to release benefit which has been accrued due to implementation of the recommendation of the 7th Pay Revision Commission.
3. From the pleadings, I find that they have already represented before the University and as per the pleading of the petitioners the University has also forwarded their representation to the Director, Higher and Technical Department but no decision has yet been taken by the authorities.
4. Considering the nature of the prayer made by the petitioners, I direct the petitioners to file fresh representation before the Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University and also before the Director, Higher and

Technical Department, Government of Jharkhand. Once their representations are received, each of the respondents will act accordingly and in coordination will pass order according to law. If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any relief the same should be extended to the petitioners immediately. If any part of the claim of any of the petitioners is turned down a detailed reasoned order should be communicated to them.
5. Representation should be filed by each of the petitioners before both the Authorities within six weeks from today.
6. On receipt of the said representation along with the copy of this
order within eight weeks the respondents will disposed of the claim of the petitioners by passing a reasoned order and the entire process should be concluded within ten weeks thereafter.
7. This writ petition stands disposed of.
