The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case No. 14654 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 123 of 2022, under Sections 102, 103 of Trade Marks Act, Sections 63, 64, 65 of Copyright Act and Section 420 of I.P.C., Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj. 2. At the outset, Sri Ranjan Dhwaj Tiwari, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
