The petitioner did not join at the transferred station. Her grievance is against the notification/office order dated 25.11.2025 (Annexure P-3), whereby she has now been transferred to CH Tissa, District Chamba. The petitioner has completed his requisite tenure at IGMC Shimla and had admittedly never joined at MGMSC Kharneri, District Shimla.
