The Petitioner herein is seeking survey and fixing of boundaries of land situated in Sy.No.338-7b of an extent of Ac.0.05 cents and in Sy.No.338-8a of an extent of Ac.0.04 cents situated in Kandepalli Village, Chodavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar of Chodavaram dated 07.01.2025. A copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record. The said Written Instructions would indicate that during the field survey 4. of the land in question, the Applicant (Writ Petitioner herein) was asked to show the land where it is located but the Writ Petitioner has failed to show it. It is also stated in Paragraph No.8 that the Writ Petitioner has also failed to 3 submit any documentary evidence pertaining to subject land as to how it was derived. These facts were also informed to the Applicant by way of an Endorsement dated 23.04.2022. 5. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the Writ Petitioner to approach the Respondent Authorities with sufficient documentary evidence to establish his claim. Upon furnishing of such documentary evidence and other relevant information that is necessary for the Official Respondents for conducting survey, the Officials Respondents may proceed in accordance with law.
