Ms. Lalpekhlui, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the respondents have duly complied with the order and directions issued by this Court in WP(c)137/2022 by order dated 21.11.2024. She further submits that the respondent authority, on 07.05.2026, has forwarded the application of the petitioners to the learned Additional District & Sessions Court, Siaha, Siaha District, in terms of the said order, and therefore, no surviving grievance remains against the respondents before this Court in the instant contempt proceeding. 3. In view of the submissions made by Ms. Lalpekhlui, learned counsel for the petitioners; the present contempt petition has become infructuous.
