Case No. 118 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 96/64 of the B.N.S., 2023, under Section 4/6 of POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi 3. On 01.10.2024 petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. 4. It was alleged that she was raped by this petitioner. 5.
