The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 495/2024 arising out of Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No. 74/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1792/2024, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 23.08.2024, Daltonganj Sadar Police, apprehended the co-accused Govind Prasad Gupta while he had gone to the shop of Ashish Soni for selling jewelries which were proceeds of dacoity. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Lily Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T. Case No. 495/2024 arising out of Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No. 74/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1792/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
