This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and set-aside the order dated 21.11.2024 (Annexure A/1) passed by the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondent authorities to execute the lease deed/patta in favor of the petitioner as per earlier approvals, in the interest of justice. 10.3. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances may also be provided to the petitioner.” 2. At the outset, learned State Counsel submits that petitioner is having alternate efficacious remedy available to challenge the order dated 21.11.2024 before appropriate Forum/Authority and raised all grounds as raised before this Court. 3. In view of above, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal/revision before the appropriate Forum/Authority and raised all grounds as raised before this Court.
