10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the Annexure P/1 the representation made to District Education Officer, within an stipulated time as directed by this Court.
10.2. This Hon’ble Court be further pleased to pass such
order in favour of the petitioner against the respondent as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances.
10.3. Costs of the petition may be allowed.
2. Since no representation was made by the counsel for the petitioner, and upon perusal of the relief clause in the petition, it is observed that the only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation submitted by the petitioner.
3. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the prayer stated in the relief clause of the petition.
4. Considering facts of the case, limited prayer made by the petitioner and not opposed by learned State Counsel, without commenting on merits of the case, writ petition stands
disposed of apart from the pending representation the petitioner is at liberty to to file fresh representation before concerned respondents, within '15 days' from the date of receipt of copy of this order, raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition along with copy of this petition. On submission
3 of such representation, concerned respondent shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law/relevant rules and expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of such representation.
