The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the respondent no.3-District Inspector of Schools (II), Meerut. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised an objection writ petition at this stage is premature as District Inspector of Schools has not taken any decision yet. 4. On the aforesaid objection, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file representation against the order of District Inspector of Schools, Meerut, if he passes any order against the petitioner. 5.
