Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner/appellant/accused died on 06.3.2018 and no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the petitioner/appellant/accused. 4. A perusal of the report submitted by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tenali, also indicates that petitioner/appellant/accused died on 06.3.2018 and a copy of death certificate is also enclosed. 5. In view of the death of the petitioner/appellant/accused, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
