Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kasa Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent events, the lis in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
