Grievance of the Petitioners are non-granting of revised pay scale to the post of Handpump Technician Mechanic (Grade-III). 2. Learned Counsel for Petitioners submits that petitioners have already submitted representation, before the respondents authorities. High Court of Madhya Pradesh in an identical set of facts has already decided the matter in favour of the employees concerned. He contended that as representation of petitioners are pending consideration, a direction be issued to respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made for consideration and decision of representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners. However, he submits that though as per submission of learned counsel for petitioners, petitioners have submitted representation, but the copy of representation is not enclosed along with the petition. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Considering the nature of claim and the submission of learned counsel for petitioners without entering into merits of claim of petitioners, this petition is disposed off at this stage permitting petitioners to submit fresh representation before respondent No.4 and in the event petitioners submits fresh representation, the concerned respondent shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
