G.A HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA (V. J.) Order 12/06/2025 1. The Application No.274/2025 for seeking correction in order dated 11.06.2025 in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.5672/2025 has been filed by the petitioner. The aforesaid [2025:RJ-JP:23173] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-274/2025] application point out that in the Paragraph No.8 of order dated 11.06.2025, the name of petitioner No.6-Ajruddin @ Ajhar Khan S/o Ratti Kha has been erroneously shown in the place of petitioner No.5-Maksudeen S/o Sodan, whereas bail application qua petitioner No.6 was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner. 2. I have considered the contentions of the application as well as of the record. 3. In the light of above, order dated 11.06.2025 is hereby corrected to the extent that in the Paragraph No.8 of order dated 11.06.2025 instead of Ajruddin @ Ajhar Khan S/o Ratti Kha the name of Maksudeen S/o Sodan may be read. This correction order shall remain a part of the main order dated 11.06.2025. 4. That apart, in the light of the aforesaid application and the instant correction order, necessary corrections have also been carried out through 'red ink' in the original order dated 11.06.2025. 5.
