Dhaulta, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Pursuant to the orders passed in this petition from time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of office order dated 03.12.2025 issued by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), Shimla, District Shimla, conveying as under:- “In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court, the concerned Block Elementary Education Officers are hereby directed to implement the above said judgment in letter and spirit, qua the petitioners subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed by the State before the Hon’ble High Court. However, an undertaking to this effect may be obtained from the 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 petitioners that the overpayment, if any, found in the later stages shall be recovered from them in lump-sum.” 2. Learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted to him, submits that the above office order shall be implemented within four weeks. In view of above, the present execution petition to stand disposed of with direction to the respondents to abide by their assurance for implementing the above office order within four weeks.
