This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the application of opposite party no.4 for declaring him as Juvenile in case crime no. 191 of 2023 under Sections 354, 363, 366 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Tajganj, District- Agra pending before Juvenile Justice Board, Agra expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant before this Court is the informant and the case is relates to the year 2023. It is further submitted that opposite party no.4, who claims himself to be a juvenile offender has moved a petition before the Juvenile Justice Board, Agra but the same has not been decided so far even after a long time. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. Since it is a matter relating to Juvenile and POCSO Act, the Juvenile Justice Board is directed to dispose of the matter regarding the juvenality of opposite party no.4/ accused preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. 7. It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and executive authorities, counsels, parties to the case, staff etc. are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 8.
