Heard Sri Pang'l Raju Babu, learned counsel for petitioner/A5 and \ the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent/State. 3. Perused the record. 4. Having heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the record, it is seen that on 09.08.2024, six accused were arrested and remanded to judicial custody, and 102.1 kgs of dry ganja were recovered. The present petitioner is A5, seeks regular bail. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 5. Earlier in Crl.P.No.8452 of 2024, A3, A4 and A6 had prayed for regular bail. This Court, by Order dated 06.12.2024, granted bail to A3 and A6, but declined to grant ba'll to A5. As one would notice that, in the subsequent period, the better part of the investigation has been completed. The petitioner has been -ln judicial Custody S|lnCe 09.08.2024, which means to nearly six months. ln such circumstances, any further contjnuatlon of detentl'on does not seem necessary.
