The writ petition has been preferred challenging a notice issued by a secured creditor, private bank under Section 13(3A) of the SARFASI Act, 2002, the writ petition is pending since 2014 in the docket of the Court. I am of the view with the passage of time the writ petition has been infractuous. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 25060 of 2014 is dismissed as infractuous.
