In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari representing the Controller of Examination of the University has filed an affidavit of the opposite party stating that the degree cannot be granted to the applicant as the applicant never passed her LL.B. II year Examination. It has been stated that the mark sheet of the applicant issued for LL.B. II year does not tally with the records of the University. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 29.04.2025 on merits before the appropriate Court. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records.
