By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court, may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, thereby directing the Respondent authorities to return back the original documents i.e. Business Loan Application No. A50282075, Agreement No. FRV00363N, Original Sale Deed No. 10331, Registration Dated 29.11.1996 pertaining to the land bearing Khasra No. 447 & 502/2, situated at Village Gondwara, Patwari Halka No. 108, R.N.M. Raipur-1, Tahsil and District Raipur, within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon’ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted tot the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any specific order but is seeking direction from this Hon’ble Court thereby they be directed to return back the original documents i.e. Business Loan Application No. A50282075, Agreement No. FRV00363N, Original Sale Deed No. 10331, Registration Dated 29.11.1996 pertaining to the land bearing khasra no. 447 & 502/2, situated at Village Gondwara, Patwari Halka No. 108, R.N.N. Raipur-1, Tahsil and District Raipur, as the loan amount has already been making good. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the 3 record with utmost circumspection. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner namely Triveni Prasad Sahu took a loan of Rs. 1,10,00,000/- from the respondent no. 2 under Application no. A50282075, Agreement No. FRV00363N. And in terms of the agreement, the loan was to be repaid in 180 installments, i.e. from 07.12.2018 to 07.10.2034. During the loan period, Triveni Prasad Sahu died on 23.01.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner being the legal heir of late Triveni Prasad Sahu had returned the complete loan amount. The respondent no. 2 had issued “No Objection Certificate” to the petitioner but has not issued the original mortgaged property document of land bearing Khasra No. 447 and 502, situated in Patwari Halka No. 108, R.N.M. Raipur-1, Tahsil and District Raipur (C.G.). 5. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 expeditiously as soon as possible. 6.
