Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that respondent no.2 may be directed to decide the impleadment application dated 27.10.2023 arising out of Computerized Case no.T202202030403781 of 2023 (Raj Kumar Vs. Shiv Kumar) filed under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending since the year 2023 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj is directed to proceed with impleadment application dated 27.10.2023 arising out of Computerized Case no.T202202030403781 of 2023 (Raj Kumar Vs. Shiv Kumar) filed under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, within three months, after hearing all the parties concerned. No unnecessary adjournment shall be granted by opposite party no.2 including on the ground of strike of lawyers. 5. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition is disposed of.
