By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.120 of 2021 dated 25.02.2021 registered with Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun under Sections 452, 354, 323, 315, 504, 506 of IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, a final report has already been filed by the police against the petitioners on 29.11.2021, therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5.
