This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed against the order dated 07.01.2025, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Jaunpur in Case No.1371 of 2023 (Neelam Yadav v. Avneesh Kumar Yadav) under Section 128 CrPC, arising out of the order dated 22.05.2023 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Jaunpur in Case No.1380 of 2020. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and that the applicant may be permitted to pay the arrears of maintenance in reasonable installments and a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned for the same. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case the applicant moves an application before Family Court concerned within a period of four weeks from today to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5.
