GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri V.Jagadeesh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P.Narasimhulu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.B.Sravani, learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar of Khajipet Mandal dated 04.01.2025 along with certain documents. A copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record. Sl.No.15 of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: 15 Written Instructions (brief facts) The land being an extent of 1.96 acres in Old Sy.No.409 is noted as Rastha as per RSR. As respondent no. 06 is tried to encroach the existing Rastha and started the excavation work for construction. But we stopped the further work in the said rastha and issued the Endorsement vide Ref. No. B/416/2024, dated 05.09.2024 stating that the illegal construction in the existing rastha has been stopped. 3 3. The above extract would indicate that the attempt made by the Unofficial Respondent No.6 to excavate the existing Rastha for construction had been stopped. It is also stated that the Official Respondents have issued Endorsement vide Ref.No.B/416/2024 dated 05.09.2024 stating that the illegal construction in the existing Rastha has been stopped. 4. This Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present Writ Petition in terms of the above extract at the admission stage without going into merits. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
