(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the transfer order dated 17.03.2025 passed by respondent No.2 with a further prayer to direct the respondents not to transfer the petitioner and to permit him to continue at Rewari. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Fisheries Officer on 25.07.2008 and had joined the office of District Fisheries Officer, Nuh, Mewat. Thereafter, he got transfer on numerous occasions and at present he is working in the office of District Fisheries Officer, Rewari since 02.03.2024 and has just completed only one year at his present place of posting. Notwithstanding the same, the respondents have now passed the impugned order dated 17.03.2025, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred to the office of District Fisheries Officer, Gurugram. It is mentioned in the application that the transfer has been made on the request of the petitioner, whereas he has never made any request seeking for his transfer. Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to seek instructions. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that he would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- The Director, Department of Fisheries, Haryana, Panchkula is directed to treat the present petition as a representation and to consider and decide the same by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. Learned State Counsel has no objection to the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, in view of the above; with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of while directing respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and to consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties within a period of three weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order.
