The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 152 of 2025 arising out of Baliapur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad. 3. On 19.12.2024, the husband of the informant namely Pramod Kumar Sinha was shot by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. parade. 5. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co- accused. It was further submitted that from the call detailed report, it appears that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
