Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the present petition is premature as no prejudice has been caused to the petitioner by the aforesaid letter since the same is an internal communication and no notice or order has been passed against the petitioner. 3. At this stage, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
