The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this petition may be allowed by imposing costs on the petitioner. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs.
